If you are still forcing yourself to eat brown rice, then you need to check-idy check yourself.

If you are still forcing yourself to eat brown rice, then you are probably old, because brown rice is old news.

If you are still forcing yourself to eat brown rice, then you are like a hen with a crop full of seed.

I ONLY eat Black Rice now. It’s a Thai rice. It actually looks kind of purplish. I’m not just saying it is better because it’s black (or purple), it really is better. Better tasting, more healthy, and has the visual appeal of a peacock.

This rice is especially delicious when I pour my green curry over the top of it; however, even omitting the curry, it will destroy the hopes and dreams of every grain of brown rice that has ever lived on the face of the earth. It’s a short to medium grain rice that packs together really nicely. Not nearly as sticky as the Boton White Rice, but it holds a pretty good shape.

Don’t confuse black rice with wild rice. Wild rice is cool too, but it is usually supplemented in with another type of rice. Black rice on the other hand is straight up all black rice.

Let’s talk healthy talk. Brown Vs Black.

Brown rice is high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Black rice is comparable in vitamins and minerals, but HIGHER in fiber! Awww yeahhh! It is also LOWER in total carbs AND calories. Lastly, the pigment! That purplish color is the sign of a potent antioxidant that helps your immune system, heart, and overall function of your body! That’s what I’m talking about!

It’s true, I’m “Riceal Profiling.”

Don’t even bother with the wimpy white rice. Brown is a step up, but…

once you go black, you’ll never go back.
